1st National Universal Football Review

We are proud to host a historic event for the Italian sports scene: the First National Universal Football Review, organized in collaboration with EISI (Italian Inclusive Sports Organization).

This initiative represents a key moment in the promotion of inclusive sport in our country. Over the weekend, the new discipline will be officially presented at the national level. Universal Football, developed according to EISI guidelines to allow people with and without disabilities to play together on the same team, promoting autonomy, participation and true integration.

The Tournament Program: The event will feature several top-class sports teams from not only the Vicenza area, but also Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy. The teams will compete in a series of triangular qualifying and final rounds:

• Saturday, April 25th: Triangular qualifying tournaments will be held simultaneously at the Polisportiva Sovizzo and the Palazzetto Collodi in Montecchio Maggiore.
• Sunday, April 26: Grand finals and award ceremonies at the Palazzetto Collodi. Kick-off will be handled by Julio González, famous athlete of the national amputee football team.

A common commitment: The event enjoys the patronage of the Municipality of Sovizzo and of the City of Montecchio Maggiore, a testament to the project's social importance. We invite all citizens to participate, support the athletes, and discover a discipline that uses sport as an extraordinary tool for inclusion and breaking down barriers.
